As per § 6 paragraph 1 of MDStV (Federal agreement of media data) and § 8 paragraph 1 of TDG (law of telemedia) and following general laws we -as a service provider- are responsible for our own contents only. We are not legally obligated to guard the contents of other websites outside our responsibility. The Obligation to remove or block the use of information as per general legislation is still there.
